I started Sublimitas Consulting after years inside organizations working through the same pattern over and over.

Good businesses would grow.

Then the growth would outpace the structure behind it.

What worked early stopped working at scale, and instead of redesigning the system, they patched it. Added roles. Adjusted responsibilities. Asked more of systems that were already stretched.

It worked… until it didn’t.

Today, as a Fractional CPO and Human Capital Advisor, I work closely with businesses at the point where growth starts to change everything.

As organizations scale, the people side of the business becomes more complex, more critical, and often less defined.

My focus is helping leaders navigate that shift with clarity, aligning structure, leadership, and talent to support where the business is going, not just where it’s been.
